Thanks! I've never been to England, but I think it's safe to say that Big Ben is a good choice. I could have gone with something that wasn't as iconic... maybe the GHERKIN! Then most people would ask me why there was a giant EGG in the background! ...sigh.
Thanks! I was hoping I made the right choice for the building in the background... I can assume that no matter where people are from, they can see Big Ben and think UK. I was thinking of the Gherkin, but then people would probably ask why I had a giant faberge egg in the background
I really want to travel to England someday. One thing that's always caught my fancy were buildings that are older than 100 years old. In the states, if a building is 100 years old it's OLD. In Las Vegas if a building is older tha 20 years old it's ancient and they tear it down. The architecture has always facsinated me, and I'd love to see it in person before I die
I've always been warned to stay off the moors... (sorry, American Werewolf in London joke). It seems to me that if I want head out there, I may need more than a week. With my job at one of the casinos, people would accidently give me Euros, I have about 20 euros, which I'm guessing is about 1,000 US dollars!
That's final, I'm gonna get attacked by a Werewolf in London! On second thought, you said they were as easy, but are they as pretty? Well, nevermind, that doesn't matter. Have you ever been to the states?
